WX10-1340
Vital Stats The all new, state of the art WX10-1340 was designed by one of the biggest race car design houses in the USA and uses latest computer fluid dynamics (CFD) and Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to engineer the very best aerodynamic package available in the Sports Racer market today.
The ultra-light composite body is made by an aerospace supplier with the total car weighing in at just over 425 kgs. The highest quality materials are used, from honeycomb cores to pre-impregnated e-glass and carbon fiber for structural rigidity and maximum safety.
The West chassis is a carbon-fibre reinforced, semi-monocoque space frame. The driver is surrounded by smooth 1" thick carbon eurethane sandwich panels. These pieces are vacuum bagged and oven cured. The chassis uses front and rear chrome moly steel tube sections for easy repair, with the composite center for safety.
The 6 speed air shift paddle shift is like modern F1 cars maximising the cars performance and consistency. The new Hayabusa K9 crate engine revs to 11000 rpm and adds a new dimension of reliability to motor racing.
