The legendary WR-1000 uses up-to-date aerodynamic principles from the latest LeMans cars, combined with state-of-the-art Formula car suspension technology and unmatched motorcycle race motor technology.

The ultra-light composite body is made by an aerospace supplier with the total car weighing in at just over 400 kgs. The highest quality materials are used, from honeycomb cores to pre-impregnated e-glass and carbon fiber for structural rigidity and crash protection.

The West chassis is a carbon-fibre reinforced, semi-monocoque space frame. The driver is surrounded by smooth 1" thick carbon eurethane sandwich panels. These pieces are vacuum bagged and oven cured. The chassis uses front and rear chrome moly steel tube sections for easy repair, with the composite center for safety.

The 6 speed air shift paddle shift is like modern F1 cars maximising the cars performance and consistency. The Kawasaki ZX10 crate engine revs to 12500 rpm and adds a new dimension of reliability to motor racing.
